Product Description

Magnesium sulphate anhydrate is an inorganic compound with a molecular formula of MgSO4 and

a colorless orthorhombic crystal powder. Very easy to soluble in water, ethanol, glycerin, insoluble

in acetone. Used in pharmaceutical and printing and dyeing industries, it can also be used as a

desiccant, feed, fertilizer or compound fertilizer, and it is also a raw material for the production of

magnesium oxide.

Drying characteristics

Magnesium sulphate anhydrate has a slightly stronger drying ability and a much faster drying speed.

The powder is very fine and belongs to weakly acidic drying. It does not react with organic substances.

Organic substances such as esters can be used to dry aldehydes, nitriles, and amides. Both are weaker

drying agents with a large water absorption capacity, making them suitable for preliminary drying.

2. The role of magnesium sulphate anhydrate fertilizer

1). Magnesium sulfate fertilizer can promote the absorption of other elements by plants. An important

component of chlorophyll is magnesium, which is contained in both chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b.

Magnesium is an activator of many enzymes and is crucially involved in the metabolism and phosphorylation

of carbohydrates.

2). Magnesium can not only activate phosphofructokinase, phosphoglycerokinase, etc., but also promote the

metabolism of carbohydrates and the respiration of plants, and also promote the synthesis of adenophosphate

from adenophosphate.

3). Magnesium also plays an important role in the metabolism of fat and nitrogen, and can also promote the

absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other elements by plants, so magnesium sulphate fertilizer

is very important fertiizer for crops.
